CS-Program check
I am looking for a check for my program gross square footage..... my first pass at the program is coming up with a building in the range of 13,500 gsf to 15,000 gsf.... this is at 60% efficiency so my net assignable area is around 9,500 sf to 11,000 sf.... I would be really interested in others ballpark numbers to see if I am missing anything....

I am running a little larger than you, at about 15,000 without mechanical or circulation yet. I didn't lay out the spaces to actually see if they were too large/small for the amount of furniture required, but I would say I probably over estimated enough to at least include circulation in that 15,000 number. I will post my numbers for comparision, if you will do the same!
Hi Carli.... that sounds good... I am using 3600 for dorms, 840 for each classroom, 300 for a break room, 400 for outdoor space, 300 for printing scanning, 400 for model making, and a dining/lounge/exhibit area of around 3000.... non-assignable areas work out to around 4,200... let me know your thoughts..
