Peter, at first glance, looks complete. Accessibility requires 5% of rooms to be handicapped accessible: 5' turning radius next to bed, closets with rods and shelves within reach, and the big doozie: it needs to have a 5’ turning space and the required access to toilet, ½” treshold shower and sink.
